Elevators and Escalators Transport & Delivery Strategy
When it comes to delivering elevators and escalators, we believe safe and cost-efficient transport is just as important for our customers. That is why sea freight is our main shipping method. It allows us to move large equipment like elevators and escalators safely at the lowest possible cost.
In most cases, one 40HQ container can carry 5–6 elevators. Escalators are longer and have a special shape, so one escalator usually requires a full 40HQ container.
Before every shipment, we prepare a detailed transport plan. By making full use of container space, we help our partners save on shipping costs. Depending on the destination, sea freight normally takes 10 to 50 days.
Small Spare Parts Transport Policy
For spare parts weighing no more than 200 kg, we use courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and ARAMEX to ensure fast delivery.
With our discounted courier options, we help partners save both cost and time. In most cases, small spare parts arrive within 3 to 10 days, depending on the destination.
Delivery Time for Elevators, Escalators & Parts
Elevators and Escalators
Most elevators and escalators can be completed within 25 working days. For urgent orders, some models are ready in 15–20 working days.
Elevator Parts
Motors, controllers, doors, cabins, cables, and safety devices are usually finished within 20 working days.
Small Spare Parts
Most small spare parts are in stock and can be shipped within 3–5 working days, or even the same day.
