BDFUJI: From Parts to Full Elevators
BDFUJI Elevators was founded by Jason in 2011 in Suzhou. Before moving into management, Jason first worked as an elevator installer. He chose this path to better understand how elevators are built and how they work. This hands-on experience gave him a strong base for later work in customer service and business. Later, he became a customer manager at Suzhou Jiangnan Jiajie Elevator Co. (SJEC), where he gained more experience with clients and the industry.
Through many years of working with customers, Jason saw problems in the market. Some suppliers focused too much on sales and not enough on what customers really needed. Product quality was not always stable, and many clients could not find long-term partners they could trust. From these lessons, Jason decided to start something new.
With the belief of “customer first and quality as the base,” Jason started a parts company in 2011. The company supplied parts to international elevator brands like OTIS, Thyssen, and KONE. This helped BDFUJI quickly build trust and prepare for future growth.
As the company grew, Jason set up a factory in 2015 to make electrical systems for elevators. He worked with partners like Monarch, YASKAWA, FUJI, and STEP, focusing on developing elevator control systems and full electrical solutions.
In 2018, BDFUJI Elevators was officially established and joined the DIO Group. The company moved from being a parts supplier to a full elevator and escalator maker. It also built systems for quality control, environmental protection, and energy saving, and received a design patent for the Win5 controller.
Growing Further: A Partner for Global Customers
In the next ten years, BDFUJI grew into a long-term partner for elevator companies, developers, building owners, and engineering firms in China and abroad. With steady quality and reliable service, the company gained trust from customers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America.
As business expanded, customers asked for more than just parts or complete elevators. They wanted help with modernization projects, OEM, and ODM services. To meet these needs, BDFUJI moved from being only a manufacturer to becoming a complete solutions provider.
Today, the company offers a wide range of services, including product design, system integration, supply, OEM, ODM, and modernization solutions—covering the full chain from design to delivery.
