In early 2023, our local distributor in Peru ordered two passenger elevators from us. One of their hotel clients was upgrading a six-story building and needed a reliable elevator solution. The hotel had welcomed many guests over the years, but without modern elevators, it lacked some of the comfort travelers expect today.
Customer Needs
The hotel owner wanted to install two passenger elevators serving six floors (6 stops) to improve the guest experience. Their requests were clear:
-
A main elevator in the lobby to give guests easy access.
-
A second elevator aligned with the service corridor to support staff operations.
-
Modern finishes that matched the hotel’s renovated interiors.
-
A reliable, energy-saving system that could handle heavy use with minimal downtime.
The Solution
Working closely with the distributor’s installation team, we suggested machine-room-less traction elevators with stainless-steel cabins and LED lighting. The control panels were designed in both English and Spanish to serve the hotel’s international guests.
Open Circulation Redesign
The two new elevators changed how people moved inside the hotel. Guests could now travel easily between all six floors, while staff used a dedicated service elevator to work more efficiently. By separating guest flow and service flow, the hotel saw a clear improvement in customer reviews.
Exterior and Interior Views
View of the hotel lobby, where the new passenger elevator blends with the reception area.
The stainless-steel cabin with soft LED lights balanced durability with style, matching the updated interiors perfectly.
The service elevator was strong and efficient, giving staff reliable performance every day while staying out of sight from guests.

Results
Since its completion in 2023, the hotel has operated with greater ease. The two 6-stop passenger elevators ensure guests enjoy comfortable travel, while staff work with higher efficiency.
