This project took place in Penang, Malaysia. It involved two Toshiba elevators that had been running for over 15 years. In 2023, we worked with the building to modernize both elevators.
These Toshiba elevators are similar to some KONE models, with the encoder placed outside the motor. We provided the full modernization solution, including a new control system, and also helped with onsite commissioning

Result
The elevators were successfully modernized. Now they run smoothly and safely. The customer was happy with our support, quick response, and technical knowledge. This project also helped us gain more experience with high-speed elevator systems like Toshiba and KONE.
