Indonesian villa elevator supply

Table of Contents

This local elevator company in Indonesia took on a villa elevator project. The elevator needed to support three floors and be simple, high-end, and aesthetically pleasing. Since it was going to be installed in the middle of the hall, they decided to go with a glass elevator to allow more light and not affect the natural lighting and transparency of the house.

However, they had no prior experience with glass elevators, so they hesitated, worried that the project might go wrong.

In the end, they chose BDFUJI, and with our help, they successfully completed the elevator design and installation, earning the approval of the owner.

We are happy for their success.

Below, we will share the costs of this project and the support we provided.

How The Customer Established Cooperation with Us

At first, our client wanted to work with a well-known elevator brand from China. However, after visiting the factory and learning about the prices, they became hesitant because the cost was higher than they had expected. Before this project, we had worked with the client on some elevator parts, and they knew that we had our own elevator factory. Therefore, they asked to visit BDFUJI’s elevator factory.

After we introduced the technical advantages of BDFUJI’s glass elevators, the client realized that our elevators were more suitable for them. Our glass elevators use aluminum alloy frame shafts, which don’t require welding, and our screws are hidden, making the design more beautiful. Each part fits together, making installation easier. For a team without much experience with glass elevator installations, our elevator saved them a lot of trouble.

So, we signed the cooperation agreement on the same day.

Project Introduction

This elevator features a stylish aluminum alloy structure paired with a black transparent glass shaft. The transparent glass provides excellent visibility, creating a spacious and open feel that enhances the overall atmosphere of the home. The cabin uses laminated tempered glass, which is not only beautiful but also safe and durable. The stainless steel decorations inside the cabin create a refined modern aesthetic that is both classic and elegant.

The elevator’s lighting system is a highlight: the LED lights are carefully arranged to provide soft and comfortable ambient lighting, protecting the eyes. These light fixtures are energy-efficient, saving up to 40% of energy compared to traditional lighting systems. This makes the elevator not only beautiful but also more cost-effective in the long term, making it especially suitable for energy-conscious homeowners.
