This project took place in Indonesia, where a new hotel was getting ready to open.
When BDFUJI joined the project, the hotel building was already close to completion. The biggest challenge was timing. The hotel elevator had to be produced quickly and installed smoothly so the hotel could open on schedule. At the same time, the owner wanted to be sure about the quality.
Client Brief
The client for this project was a local construction company in Indonesia. We had worked together on several hotel elevator projects before, so there was already trust between us.
For this new hotel, their needs were very clear. The elevators had to be delivered quickly and without mistakes, so the hotel could start operations on time. The product also had to meet the high standards of the hospitality industry. Since they had worked with us before, they knew we could achieve this.
Our Hotel Elevator Solution
To meet these concerns, we designed a solution that focused on both performance and peace of mind.
The hotel elevator was built to EU production standards, with a capacity of 800 kg and a speed of 1.2 m/s. It was equipped with a Monarch controller for smooth operation, thicker guide rails for stability, and laminated tempered glass for both durability and appearance.
Before shipping, we prepared everything the client would need: a clear installation manual, photos, packing lists, and all the required licenses to make sure the installation went smoothly. Our technical team stayed in contact at all times, ready to answer questions and guide the process step by step.
With this support, the on-site team was able to complete the installation on time. The elevator was soon in service and carried its first guests without delay.

When I first spoke with our partner, they told me their biggest worry was about installation and quality. The hotel needed elevators that could be set up smoothly and on time, because the opening date could not change. After the project was finished, the client’s opinion completely changed.
