My client, the owner of a private villa in the United Kingdom, reached out with a very specific request: they needed a home elevator that would make daily life easier and more comfortable. The villa itself is modern and stylish, with bright interiors and clean architectural lines. However, like many private homes, it had limited indoor space, and the family hoped to integrate an elevator without affecting the elegant look of their house.
Project Requirements
The client wanted a home elevator that would:
- Carry 2–4 people comfortably.
- Fit into a very tight shaft space.
- Match the home’s clean and modern design.
- Provide bright and elegant interiors, without feeling heavy or bulky.
They also requested our support with technical planning—particularly the shaft design and installation layout—since this was the first time they were adding an elevator to a residential villa.
Solution
