The villa elevator project in Muscat, Oman is one of BDFUJI’s most satisfying projects. The villa owner, together with her neighbor, chose a local elevator brand, which partnered with BDFUJI to provide a passenger elevator matching KONE-level performance.
From the initial design discussions to the final acceptance, we worked hand in hand with our partner, carefully controlling the elevator dimensions, configuration, and interior style. In the end, we delivered a home elevator that blended seamlessly with the villa’s seaside architecture and met both the partner’s technical requirements and the client’s expectations.
Project Overview
The villa elevator project in Muscat, Oman was already under renovation when we first received the order from our OEM partner. This seaside villa enjoys beautiful coastal views, and the partner wanted a passenger elevator that matched the high-end design of the home while meeting KONE-level performance standards.
The customer provided the exact site dimensions, and our engineering team developed a detailed design plan. Based on the largest available shaft dimensions, we optimized the car size and door opening to maximize usable space. The customer compared our solution with KONE and OITS and was very satisfied with both our proposal and pricing, ultimately choosing BDFUJI as the partner.
To ensure perfect compatibility of all components, we created a full 3D model of the product before production. This allowed us to verify every detail in advance and guarantee seamless integration with the villa’s architecture.
For performance, we selected premium components: a Wittur host and door system paired with a Monarch control system — all CE-certified and compliant with European safety standards. For aesthetics, the cabin was finished with a rich brown leather-patterned texture and accented with warm ambient lighting strips, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere that perfectly matched the villa’s coastal interior style.

The elevator was also supplied with a customized logo to meet our partner’s branding requirements. The project was completed in 2023, and in 2024 our engineers visited the site to inspect the installation quality and confirm smooth, safe operation
To ensure the quality and comfort of the elevator, we build and inspect the elevator car before packaging. We will also inspect all elevator parts before packing to avoid missing parts.
