In the government commercial area project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, we worked together for the first time with a local elevator company. Facing challenges we had never encountered before, our team jumped in without hesitation.
In the first phase of this project, we provided four 830kg scenic elevators for the customer. Each elevator features a three-sided glass design with a split door. These elevators not only have great load capacity but also add a visual highlight to the commercial space, perfectly meeting the customer’s needs. At first, the customer had some doubts about the elevator installation service since it was our first time working together. To ease their concerns, we sent engineers to the site to assist with technical guidance.
In the end, the elevators were delivered on time and installed smoothly, and the customer’s concerns were quickly put to rest. The smooth operation and beautiful design of the elevators earned high praise from the customer, strengthening our relationship with them.
