How We Build Elevators
BDFUJI elevators use components from internationally renowned brands, and each part undergoes rigorous quality screening (such as elevator motors, control systems, steel cables, guide rails, etc.) to ensure compliance with design specifications.
In this stage, various mechanical components (such as the car, guide rails, door systems, etc.) are assembled. The car frame, guide rails, door machines, and other critical components undergo welding, installation, and adjustment to ensure the stability of the elevator’s running trajectory and overall structure.
The elevator’s safety systems, including emergency braking devices, door lock systems, overload protection, and overspeed protection, are integrated into the overall structure. All safety devices are rigorously tested to ensure they can respond quickly in the event of a fault or emergency, ensuring passenger safety.
After the assembly of all major systems, the elevator enters the commissioning phase. We conduct comprehensive testing of the elevator's operating conditions, speed, acceleration, stopping accuracy, and braking performance. During commissioning, the elevator's control system is closely integrated with the mechanical system to ensure all functions operate flawlessly.
The elevator undergoes long-term testing under simulated high-load conditions to ensure its stability and safety under various load conditions. The tests include multiple starts and stops with no load, full load, and different travel distances to ensure stable performance in diverse operating environments.
Finally, all qualified elevators are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transportation. Based on the customer’s needs, shipments are arranged to ensure that the products arrive at the installation site in perfect condition.
From Creation
to Perfection
Manufacturing is just the beginning. Next, we will conduct a series of rigorous tests on the elevators and escalators to ensure they function perfectly and meet our highest quality standards.
r products undergo rigorous testing and can withstand continuous salt spray exposure for dozens of days, meeting industry standards. In terms of hardness, we use both Brinell and Rockwell hardness tests to ensure the steel meets industry requirements. During tensile and bending tests, our steel belts far exceed weight-bearing standards and remain intact after tens of thousands of bends, demonstrating exceptional durability.
Our elevators are carefully designed from the inside out, capable of withstanding a 300N static load test (equivalent to a strong adult pushing) and a 1000N pressure test (equivalent to two strong men standing on the door), ensuring the structural integrity. Under both soft and hard pendulum impact tests, the door deformation must be ≤ the safety threshold, demonstrating exceptional impact resistance. The speed limiter test is even more rigorous, with both mechanical and electrical dual-speed tests ensuring that in the event of overspeed, the elevator will brake within 0.1 seconds, with a deviation of no more than ±5%, verifying its precise safety performance.
Our elevators undergo rigorous testing, with high and low temperature test chambers cycling between -40°C and 80°C to ensure that components can operate reliably under both extreme cold and heat conditions. Additionally, the waterproof test device simulates heavy rainfall and maintains a constant 95% humidity, ensuring that the circuits remain fully functional without any malfunctions. To further ensure durability, we conduct salt spray and alternating salt spray corrosion tests, where metal parts are exposed to harsh salt environments for up to 3 years without rusting, meeting the highest corrosion resistance standards. These tests ensure that BDFUJI elevators can perform flawlessly even in the most extreme climatic conditions.
The BDFUJI elevator traction machine must undergo 12 stringent tests to ensure optimal performance. The stator winding insulation resistance must be ≥1000MΩ, and it must pass a 5000V dielectric strength test without any breakdown. Vibration levels are rigorously controlled, with a maximum value of ≤0.05mm, while operational noise is kept below 55 decibels, quieter than a refrigerator. Additionally, the measured braking torque must exceed the design value by at least 1.2 times, ensuring the machine can reliably stop at critical moments.
