Online Training Service
We provide English installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting videos and user manuals for elevators and escalators. If you face difficulties during installation or adjustment, our engineers can guide you through remote desktop, email, phone, mobile, WhatsApp, or 24/7 online chat. In addition, we offer commissioning training videos to support partners in different ways.
Online Training Service
After placing an order or signing an agreement, you are welcome to visit our elevator and escalator factory for professional guidance. Training is direct and effective, with assembled equipment available for hands-on learning. Typical training sessions last 3–5 days.
On-site support by engineers
If your annual purchase exceeds 10 units, we can dispatch electrical engineers to your project site for installation guidance. Attendance costs, including travel and accommodation, are to be covered by the buyer.

BDFUJI
Warranty Policy
We provide a 2-year free warranty for elevators and escalators, calculated from the date the vessel arrives at the destination port. Core components are covered by an extended 5-year warranty (please consult the BDFUJI team for details). Elevator spare parts are covered by a 1-year free warranty.
If any quality issue arises within the warranty period, we will immediately ship replacement elevator or escalator parts free of charge through DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
